I'm currently working on learning as much flips and twists as I can to become a better traceur.
I love going to the gym to practise my precisions and other hard moves like that, this way I don't hurt myself but improve all the time. My precision jump range is now about 4ft which I'm very proud of.
My favourite thing about parkour is all the flips you can do, they feel awesome! The only problem is that when I land it usually hurts the first couple of times (that's okay though because the pain in my knees and hips go away after an hour or so)
I'm a really good traceur that can do mega flips and I can also balance with one foot on a wall (impressive I know)
If anyone needs any help with their parkour flips I can help!
And remember one thing. Regardless of who the powers that be are, the people you elect, the people that I elect into office: REMEMBER, you have the fucking power. We're the fucking leaders. Don't let these bastards dictate your life or try to tell you what to do! Alright?!
