Whatever comes smoothly and easily... as I learn more about parkour, I would like to strike a balance between soft flowing movement and explosive power. Think 13-foot wall pass, followed by a perfectly silent jump and roll.

What parkour means to JPOF:
|
It's finding pleasure in movement, it's learning about yourself. It's also allowed me to make some amazing friends. My first parkour training was in November 2006, I met several gentlemen-traceurs performing at "Toys 4 Big Boys", who kindly invited me to join them and taught me some formal techniques.
